We are Looking for Sr. Tech Lead for Bangalore location

Education:
UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
PGMCA - Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Experience:
4-9 years of hands on programming experience in two or more of the following: C#, Java, ASP.Net, MVC, PHP, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/JQuery, Web Services and API development using REST or SOAP. Min One year experience in leading teams

Mandate:
* Hands-on development experience.

Required Technical Skill Sets:
1. UML/OOAD, Design Patterns
2. ASP.NET,C#,WPF,WCF
3. Oracle/SQL server
4. HTML/CSS

Job Description:-
* Team Lead role - 60% in Development and 40% in Management
* Upfront Technical architecture, high level design & reviews Prepare list of applicable standards and compliance requirements for Product / System and ensure it is taken care in Designs.
* Work Planning, monitoring & schedule reflecting truth: Provide inputs and support to Program Manager in the overall program planning to
* Participate in Reviews & walkthroughs of requirements.
* Configuration Management: Responsible to Perform effective configuration management of product artifacts as per organization configuration management defined process.
* Responsible for reviewing the defects logged and work for effective identification and implementation of corrective actions during defect analysis to ensure that designs delivered to external and internal customers are defect free.
* Support in effective identification and implementation of preventive actions during defect analysis so as to prevent similar failures in the future.

Job Specifications:
* Experience in Asp.net, C#,javascript, Jquery is a must.
* OOPS knowledge is a plus.
* Impact analysis and Estimation of development efforts
* Experience with one or more of the following databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis or other NoSQL technologies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong thought leadership skills in evaluating software solutions, following Microsofts best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns.
* Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
* Should be strong in client communication.
* Ensure accurate tracking and timely reporting
* Project status reporting and maintenance of project/individual statistics
* Provide technical help to team.
* Should able to do code review.
* Design, implementation, unit & Integration testing
