Job Description
Senior Software Engineer 4 to 6 yrs
Module Lead 6 to 9yrs

Summary:
The candidate should be preferably from a Microsoft technology background and should have good hands on experience. He/ She will be involved in understanding the requirements, implementation and unit testing. He/she should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and good communication skills. 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
 Responsible for development of Rich Internet applications/ Web applications 
 Should analyze, review requirements and interact with onsite team
Knowledge/ Skill Requirements: 
 ASP.NET using C#, .NET 3.5/ 4.0
 WCF services, XML, JavaScript, AJAX
 Backend: MS SQL 2008/2005 
 IDE & Tools: VS 2010, TFS 
 Hibernate/ Entity framework, MVC, IIS, Active Directory Federation Services 
Mandatory Skills: 
 4-9yrs of strong hands-on experience in developing web/desktop apps
 Strong .NET source debugging skills 
 Good understanding of OOPS and design concepts
 Solid logic and organizational skills
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and excellent learning abilities
 Strong computer science fundamentals
