We at Zenmonics are looking for the below mentioned position:
Position: Sr. Java Developers/Leads
Job Location: Bangalore
Required time to Join: - 1-3 weeks
Job Description:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.
2. 5 years software development experience. With 4+ years of J2EE.
3. 4+ years of experience in JSP, Servlet, Spring, Struts, JDBC, Messaging Systems/Specs like JMS etc., XML processing, JUnit, Test Harness, Multithreaded programming.
4. Strong problems solving skills.
5. Experience with object oriented programming, web services, knowledge of Design Patterns.
6. Experience with UI web development, web server, web app server (i.e., JBOSS).
7. Experience with SQL queries and XML.
8. Understanding source control, build and software configuration management.
9. Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
10. Ability to fix customer-reported problem within their sphere of knowledge with little or no assistance.
11. Ability to implement complex enhancements with little assistance.
12. Strong oral and written communication skills.
13. Ability to work in a high pressure situation with tight deadlines at times.
Highly Desired Skills:
1. Seeking a challenging, complex development environment.
2. Experience in product software development.
3. Experience with Agile development methodology.
4. Experience in banking or financial industry, trade finance a huge plus.
