* Good exp in team management and client interaction
* Provide technical direction and leadership
* Manage development teams and provide direction to meet quality deliverables in various Microsoft technologies.
* Ability to drive technology estimations and requirements
* Provide analysis and design considerations
* Ability to work in an Agile environment, with good problem solving capabilities
* An appetite to learn and grow in a fast paced environment

Technical Architect
Exp : 10 - 15 yrs
Skillset : Asp.net, c#, SQL, Asp.net MVC / jquery, javascript / WCF / Webservices
Job Description :
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert in architecting complex system interactions/applications utilizing Web Services and Messaging technologies
* Provide enterprise architecture consulting to clients at the executive level Providing technical direction and leadership to multiple projects and accounts.
* Manage development teams and provide direction to meet quality deliverables in various Microsoft technologies.
* Drive internal architecture reviews for various projects/applications.
* Provide strong architecture leadership, analysis and design considerations, related to researching and piloting emerging technologies.
* Ability to work in an Agile environment, with good problem solving capabilities
* An appetite to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
