* 90% of the Business is from North America, rest from Africa, Srilanka & India
* PRODUCT Based Company - Lease Management Software
o Latest Version of software is 5.0
o Based on .Net 4.0 / SQL Server 2010 / Framework
o Every 2years they work on Updated Technologies and come up with New Version of their Product
o Lease Management product has 164 modules and can be customized as per the client requirement
* Few Clients are - BBNT, Huntten, AMW South America, CSI Software, Reliance Capital, Tata Capital

Requirement details-

Experience - 4.5-9yrs
Role: Module Lead
Work location - Sarjapur Road, Bangalore

Desired Profile:
* 4.5 - 9 years Total and Relevant Experience.
* Strong Coding Experience in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL server.
* Strong OOPs and OOAD concepts.
* Design Patterns.
* Worked on Web Application Projects.
* Experience with a business application in the BFSI domain preferable.
* Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to manage and guide a team.
* Ability to Design Solutions/Business Solutions and Problem solving skills.

Technical Requirement:

Design:
* Conceptualization and design of data structures.
* Conceptualization and design of presentation tier, middle tier and data tier components.
* Review and identifying design flaws and provide inputs on.
o UI design review.
o Business Logic \ Job logic review.

Application Deployment:
* Come up with different deployment scenarios for different client requirements.
* Managing the change sets and release versions.
* Maintaining and managing DB scripts and using them appropriately for development, QA and staging environments.

SQL Server:
* Table design review.
* Index and Statistics Management.
* XML queries and XML Objects
* Table optimization.
* Performance Tuning.
