Position Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer - PS/Customization, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer requirements by customizing our product to their needs. The activities you would be part of include technical research, requirements analysis, high level and technical design, implementation of customizations to the product, unit testing, debugging, and maintenance. We have many projects for which we need hardworking and skilled individuals.
Replicons professional services team is enthusiastic and highly customer focused. The more you prove your ability to deliver real solutions to problems with a positive attitude, the more flexibility and freedom you will have to write software the way you want. Being able to write long resumes does not impress us; being able to write good software impresses us (its a lot harder).
Responsibilities:
- Working within the Professional Services team, specifically on the customization of commercial web-based software products and integration with third party ERP/CRM applications.
- Design, implement, and tune changes to the product that work within the time-tracking / project management environment
- Be understanding and sensitive to customer requirements so as to be able to offer alternative solutions
- Keep in pace with the product releases
- Work within Replicons software development expectations, processes, and quality initiatives
- Work to accurately evaluate risk and estimate software development tasks
- Strive to continually improve technical and developmental skills

- Experience working with AJAX and DHTML
- (Preferable) Experience with PostgreSQL.
