	Job Description
	Experience: 3+ Years experience Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent Desired Candidate Profile : - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Expertise : - Experience in OOAD and Design Patterns - Working experience in the following Web technologies: C# and the Microsoft .NET stack, ASP.NET Web forms and/or ASP.NET MVC experience, web services, including WCF, SQL Server, JavaScripting. - Exposure using tooling like Team Foundation Server ( TFS 2010/12). - Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks like NUnit, MSTest and/or Mocking Frameworks(RhinoMocks etc)  - Understanding of agile software development practices, especially Lean and TDD - Ability to re-factor and debug source code and usage of supporting tools like Resharper, FxCop etc Note : - Candidates from Bangalore are preferred - Candidates should be available for Face to Face interview on weekdays - Candidates who can join soon are preferred  If interested, share your profile at  santosh.kumar@prowareness.nl with the following details, - Total Exp: - Rel.
