* Work on performance enhancements and identify opportunities to reduce platform volatility. Ensure that the platform has 99.9% uptime availability.
* End to end responsibility for efficiency and effectiveness of Incident Management , such as IMR queue monitoring, IMR updates, Incident Notification, etc.
* Facilitate / lead all Business critical Service Restoration process to ensure minimum possible impact on business functionality.
* Excellent technical skills- ASP, ASP.NET , .Net Framework 2 to 4, SQL Server 2000/2005, SQL Server Reporting Services, JavaScript. IIS & IIS log analysis.
