Location: Bangalore

Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA / M.Tech

Experience: 5+ years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements; develop/code the application as per the specification and coding standards.
• Understand programming well enough to learn new languages and scripting quickly
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• A team player, process oriented and should have good attitude.
• Financial domain knowledge is an added advantage

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of Classic ASP
• Knowledge of VB Script and XML will be an added advantage.
• Well versed in current software development practices and tools, including:

·         Virtual environments

·         Build, deploy and test automation using commonly available tools

• Analysis of existing code for bug fixing, creating design documents.
• Able to look at the code and understand the functionality without proper documentation

Mandatory Skills:

• Working knowledge of Classic ASP
• Need to be extremely proficient in C# and ASP.Net
• Need to have good knowledge of RDBMS concepts & DB design.
• Needs to be strong in writing Stored Procedures, UDF and Triggers
• Expertise in working on JavaScript, CSS and front end validations
• Should have experience working on SQL 2005/2008 is a must.
• Well versed in current software development practices and tools, including:

·         Source control – SVN/GIT

·         Issue tracking - JIRA

·         Coding and unit testing (Test Driven Development/ NUnit testing)

·         On time delivery

·         Proving the quality of the work by unit testing and code reviews

·         Code refactoring and peer code reviews
