Reqt 1: 

Winforms & WPF (for 2 resources) 
• Experience in unit testing frameworks like nUnit 
• Should have good memory management, debugging, and multithreading experience. 
• Good knowledge of OOAD and Design Patterns 
• Understanding of Configuration Management and Defect tracking 
• Experience in all phases of software development life cycle, including maintenance 
• Experience in working in teams and in defining solutions that contributes toward a reusable/shared architecture 

Personal Characteristics 
• Shall be very good technically; possess good problem solving abilities. 
• Ability to see big picture and systems mindset to get into details and challenges. 
• Good communication skills – oral and written 
• Ability to work in a globally distributed team 
• Ensures compliance to quality standards 

Reqt 2: 

C# with Web platform, ASP.net, Silverlight, WCF, MVVM, RIA 

Reqt 3: 
C#, ASP.net, MVC3, OOPs concepts, Web Applications 

Reqt 4: 

"C#, Windows development, winforms, Health Care domain 
Additional: HL7"
