Hi,

We have an urgent requirement for a .Net Developer with SM Netserv for Bangalore operations. SM Netserv is a Software Services and ERP solutions company well established in the US with its ODC in Bangalore

Experience : 3 - 9yrs



SUMMARY

Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. Maintain and modify programs.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Write new program code using prescribed specifications. Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate architecture, database, and programming technology.



2. Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.



3. Should be able to interpret Business Requirement & translate them into Technical Requirements



4. Test and develop programming modifications.



5. Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.



6. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.



7. Write and maintain programming documentation.



8. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.



9. Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.



KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Software programming skills acquired at the Engineering / MCA level with strong arithmetic / analytical skills.

2. Problem Definition & Surfacing them as they occur

3. Well versed with standard terminologies.

4. Re usable code following coding standards

5. Compliance to the architecture & design

6. Ability to handle & use the tool effectively

7. Total Compliance & Self supervision, Compliance to mechanisms (Update progress)

8. Understand & Translate

9. Internal Customer orientation

10. Team Player

Preferred Profile -

1 to 7 years of progressive Software development experience and a proven track record for good quality programming.

Hands on experience in Asp.net, C#, SQL, Working Knowledge in Framework 3.0 and above,

Working experience in OOPS

MVC and Telerik Controls will be added advantage.

Excellent written/oral communication skills with strong ability to communicate within the project team.

Eye for details, self-motivated and with problem solving skills

Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.



WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office software development environment. Work requires extensive work using a computer. Responsibilities may require evening work in response to needs of the customers.
