* Good in Delegates, Multi-threading and LINQ
* Work experience in windows applications
* Good in Web Services
* Experience in SCSF
* Designing and Development expertise"s
* Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
* Should have good analytical and communication skills
* Must be methodical, detail oriented, and analytical.
* Experience in VSTO/ Excel an added advantage
* Agile Methodology experience is an added advantage
