Job Description
Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in .NET development.

2. Good programming skill in ASP.Net.

3. Good programming skill in SQL server 2008 /Visual studio 2005/2008.

4.. Should be able work independently with minimal guidance.

5. Excellent Requirements Analysis - Analytical and Technical Specification Skills

6. Good hold on Object Oriented Design Concepts and Patterns Good communication skills

Person Attributes: Should have good communication skills in English (both oral & written) very good analytical and problem solving skills. should have good quality process knowledge should have the ability to work independently and taking ownership of the tasks assigned. Should have good experience in customer interaction and proactive personality with good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Worked on SOA based systems with integration with host systems.
2. SSRS, VBA or any reporting technology.
3. Sharpoint skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Design, Development and Enhancement"s in Project Modules
2. Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Impact Analysis, Testing, Reviews, Implementation and Documentation, Production Support.
3. Design Document and Unit Test Case Preparation for Project Life cycle
4. Coordinate with onsite counterparts for Application/Requirement analysis of modules.
5. Prepare understanding documents, preparing technical and functional specification documents of the incoming task.
6. Code review for performance tuning.
7. Code review to make sure all coding standards are obeyed both at database and code level.
Educational Qualification: B Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA or equivalent.
