* 3 to 6 years of experience in Dot net (3.5 or 4.0) programming

* Strong in developing Web Application using C#, Asp.Net with SQL Server.

* Exp in implementing technologies like JavaScript, j Query, Services , XML and XSLT.

* Should have a good knowledge on Object Oriented Design and Programming Patterns

* Databases MS-Access, MS-SQL Server 2000 / 05/ 08, Oracle
