This is with reference to very urgent opening with one of our major client i.e. Thomson Reuters for .NET.

Job Location-Bangalore 
Yrs Of Exp3-6 yrs

Note -Should be available for F2F Interview on Friday 

Essential Responsibilities 
* Requirements gathering, system design, development of solutions, peer reviews, documentation, unit & integration test, deployment, support and maintenance of software projects.
* Interaction with customer for gathering and clarifying requirements
* Communicating with QA team, technology teams and other stakeholders
* Drive innovation by designing/developing or evaluating/integrating new tools and methods that will enable ICW technology to achieve its deliverables with increased efficiency.
* Proactively lead and/or participate in efforts for ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications. 
* Prioritizing tasks, providing estimates and statuses to management.
* Identify and lead and/or participate in the resolution of issues with the appropriate technical and business resources.
* Proactively seek opportunities to add value through the application of new technology solutions.
* Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resource.
* Assist in identifying cost-savings opportunities and implement alternative approaches including process improvement initiatives or technology solutions to automate processes

Education

4 years of technical degree or equivalent - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (computer science or equivalent)

REQUIRED Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years industry related software development experience
Minimum of 4 years of recent experience working with object-oriented technologies
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working with C# and .NET technologies.
Minimum of 2 year of recent experience working on database programming/administration/performance tuning.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Result oriented, team player and Strong bias for action, high personal integrity, willingness to take intelligent risks, and dedication to continuous improvement 

PREFERRED Skills and Experience 

Experience in Test First/Test Driven Development
Experience in Oracle database administration and fine tuning.
Experience in building .NET Windows Service
Experience in building .NET Web Services
Experience in building ASP.NET Web Applications
Experience in Capital Markets domain.
