Job Description
Position: Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer(.Net Developer)
Yrs of experience: 3 - 8 Years
Relevant experience: 3+ Years
No. of positions: 8
Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MCA/MSC IT
Joining: In one month will preferred or Max to Max- 45 days
Requirement: Permanent

Desired Candidate Profile

Summary:

The candidate should be preferably from a Microsoft technology background and should have good hands on experience. He/ She will be involved in understanding the requirements, implementation and unit testing. He/she should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and good communication skills. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Responsible for development of Rich Internet applications/ Web applications 
Should analyze, review requirements and interact with onsite team

Knowledge/ Skill Requirements: 
ASP.NET using C#, .NET 3.5/ 4.0
WCF services, XML, JavaScript, AJAX
Backend: MS SQL 2008/2005 
IDE & Tools: VS 2010, TFS 
Hibernate/ Entity framework, MVC, IIS, Active Directory Federation Services 

Mandatory Skills: 
3-8 yrs of strong hands-on experience in developing web/desktop apps
Strong .NET source debugging skills 
Good understanding of OOPS and design concepts
Solid logic and organizational skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and excellent learning abilities
Strong computer science fundamentals 
Strong customer interaction skills 
Very good communication skills

Nice to have skills: 
Past exposure to working on an Agile development model will be a big plus
Experience in working on SharePoint platform is an added advantage
Experience working in mobile app development and cloud based solutions will be a great advantage
