*Development Experience in BizTalk Server and ESB
*.net experience with Windows Workflow or K2 work flow is an added advantage
*Exposure to SharePoint also an added advantage
*Exp in Biztalk
*Trouble shooting skills
*Knowledge of .net (ver. 2 and above)
*Debugging using Visual Studio
*Basic knowledge of SQL server
