* 1+ yrs expertise in Windows Phone 7.5, 8 SDK and App development expertise
* Windows market place and App Deployment experience
* MCPD Certification on Windows Mobile (test 506, 516, 599)
* Skillsets:
§ C#, .Net framework 4, Silverlight 4, HTML 5, CSS 3
§ Web services - REST/SOAP knowledge
§ Visual Studio 2012 or higher IDE, Microsoft Blend (tools)
§ Metro UX design
