Exp: 5+ yrs

1. Good communication
2. Ability to understand the customer requirement and document and help breakdown into tasks
4. Report and track status and communicate with customer.
5. Ability to understand and manage customer expectations
6. Strong Knowledge on
a. .Net 4.0, C# , XML
b. Strong on Multithreading
c. Server side programming
d. SQL Queries
e. SQL Server 2008, 2012
f. knowledge of SSIS
7. Additional skills
a. Usage of TFS for Application Lifecycle management
b. Basic knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
