Technical Lead _ ACS HSG


EXPERIENCE: 5yrs to 8yrs
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Job Expectations:
* Experience of source control tools (VSS, SVN)
* Experience with Web development/Object oriented programming
* Experience in Agile development techniques, preferably in product development experience
* Good in low level design skills, MVC
* Proficient in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
Skill Requirement :

* Mastery on SQL Server 2008/2012
* Good Stored Procedure programming skills
* Expert understanding of Query Plan and optimization techniques
* Strong knowledge in Indexing, views
* Strong knowledge in database design concepts
* Good knowledge of database architecture
* Strong in creating / maintaining / administering database objects, Database Security
* Strong in TSQL programming / writing scripts
* Strong TSQL code analysis and debugging skills
* Strong in database performance monitoring / tuning using SQL Profiler / Tuning Advisor
* Good knowledge in service broker, SQL Jobs
* Preferable to have experience in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS,
* Preferable to have experience in Database mirroring, Log shipping, clustering

EXPERIENCE: 6yrs to 8yrs
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Job Expectations:
* Should be an expert in different communication protocols like TCP/UDP etc.
* Should be an expert in software development technologies such as.NET 4.0, Web Services
* Should have good exposure to Design patterns, Object oriented concepts
* Exposure to Enterprise architect, SOA and MS SQL server
* Exposure and implementation of multi threading
* Should be able to Independently lead and resolve technical problems
* Should be able to guide the team to resolve technical issues and provide design alternatives
* Ability to maintain and support existing code
* Development experience of at least 2 or 3 product development life cycle.
* Should have considerably contributed to design and development.
* Exposure and involvement in product architecture
Skill Requirement :

* Hands on experience on at least two Industrial Protocols
* Excellent focus on execution should ensure responsiveness to partner and management.
* Ability to think logically and intuitively.
* Good problem solving skills
* Self motivated with focus on results, sense of urgency and working boundary less
* Have flair to excel in delivery commitments
* Good communication skills and result oriented
